Consulting/Training Services

 

CC’s Technology Support IT training service  9am – 7pm Weekdays

 

Using a hands-on, interactive, training methodology, individuals learn in an atmosphere that provides a cohesive level of retention and understanding that in turn will enable the student to maximize their capacity when seeking their goals.  Software & textbook are required in all training courses. A minimum of 2 hours increments of training time is required.  We provide customized training to help you become comfortable with technology. CC’s Technology Support training services on-site at client’s locations throughout the triangle area & USA. to all levels of users, for public, corporate, personal or group training.  Please contact me for rates & required training materials quote.  Any training requiring 8 hours or more will require a non refundable deposit.

 
The computer industry requires a great deal of experience.  new systems users  and  existing users  are a significant part of our business. We hope to be able to handle all of your computer training & software needs.

 Course hours are based on an average learning style some will need more or less time to achieve their goal. Often people will ask me “how long will it take?” I often reply; “how fast do you learn?”

 [] Computer Concepts – 14 hours

    For New & very basic computer users

    Review for Intermediate users

 

[] Microsoft Office Suite 2007 with PC literacy     

    For very basic beginner  = 46 hours  

   Beginner – Intermediate =  32 hours  

 

[] PC Security & Maintenance

   Previous Windows experience required = 14 hours        Intermediate                                            =    8 hours

 

[] Keyboarding/Typing

    Beginner         = 18 hours

    Intermediate   =    8 hours 

 [] Keyboarding/Typing with Word Processing

     Beginner      = 24 hours 

     Intermediate = 18 hours

    Previous Windows experience required   = 14 hours

CC’s Technology Support consulting service  9am – 7pm weekdays

 

Initial consultation is free, which maybe on-site or by telephone, depending on the complexity or your needs.  IF your needs are simple or you know exactly what you want, then we will set an appointment to begin work.  At some point I will need to evaluate your computer system  to be advise you properly.   

  

-Present technical support for software operations & evaluate software programs for usefulness, we sale software, as well as install software for clients.

-Assist clients by telephone, instant message or an on-site visit, in order to diagnose and provide a solution to resolve the problem.

-Assist with the configuration and installation of new software, as required.

-Educate individuals regarding available technology & its guidelines

-Serves as a liaison with internal and external agencies: make proper referrals

-troubleshot technology issues

-Assist/support users in various applications, mostly significantly with Microsoft Office including advanced features.

-Assist small business

-Handle duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of a small business’ goals
